1.Steel raw material Quality control.

Our factory cooperated with the big steel factories in China, there is a Factory inspection certificate for each shipment.  There is also a laboratory in our local official office, we can offer for the material test report for steel wire. The Zinc coated amount and the Tensile Strength of the wire can be a list on the Test Report.

2.The wire netting machine technical updated.

Our production department sent our technical staff to study the high technology of the wire netting machine in Australia.  Now, most of our machine have been changing. The  Hinge Joints Knots and Fix Knots Fence Meet Australia , US, UK customer’s request.

3. Strictly control the height and length of each roll to keep the tolerance to a minimum.

For the first roll of each order, we will measure it and make records.  If there is big tolerance we will adjust the machine again. Make sure each roll ‘s height and length tolerance it is acceptable.
