Multipurpose non-slip flat conveyor belt

There are three types of flat conveyor belts in YHY: flat wire belt, eye flex conveyor belt and compound weave conveyor belt.

The high strength to weight ratio of the flat wire belt prevents it from deforming under heavy loads, and a very large opening area keeps air flowing. The side guards can be provided on your request, it can be used to control the height of the product and prevent it from falling due to excessive build-up.

Compound weave conveyor belt has tighter conveyor face that has been ideal for barbecues and small products.

• Flat strip

•       Standard (inch): 3/8 W × 0.046 T, round edge.

•       Radius (inch): 1/2 W × 0.062 T, round edge.

•       Heavy duty (inch): 1/2 W × 0.062 T, round edge.

• Cross rod

•       Standard: 11 & 12 gauge.

•       Radius: 6 gauge.

•       Heavy duty: 6 gauge.

• Edge style: clinched edge, welded edge.

• Belt speed: from less than 1 m/min to 25 m/min.

• Temperature range: -30 °C to 400 °C.

• Accessories: flight clip, lane divider, edge guard or pin up attachment.

2.Eye flex conveyor belt: standard, under welded wire spacing, ring as spacer, spring as spacer

• Opening area: 20%–90%.

• Belt gap: 0.08"–1.97".

• Diameter of wire link: 0.06" with light and fine structures to 0.16" for heavy load applications.

• Width: 1.97"–275.6".

• Length: according to your requirements.

3.Compound weave conveyor belt

• Coil wire diameter (inch): 0.04, 0.05, 0.06, 0.08.

• Coil pitch (inch): 0.17–0.44.

• Cross rod diameter (inch): 0.05, 0.06, 0.08, 0.1.

• Cross rod pitch (inch): 0.09–0.2.

• Width: up to 118.11".

• Edge finish: welded edge, chain edge.

According to customer requirements, provide different packaging.

1. Standard packing---Bulk. Save space, packaging costs, and shipping costs without using pallets.

2. Customized packing. The cost is high, but the loading and unloading is convenient, saving labor costs.

3. Custom labels.
