Plate Conveyor Belt With Self-supporting structure

Plate conveyor belt can load heavy duty products without any other support, it provides a large area for sorting, drying or conveying products.

Plate conveyor belt can be divided into three types: chain, perforated and convex plate conveyor belt. Chain plate conveyor belt can be made into L-shaped, U-shaped or rectangular according to the requirement of space. The holes on the surface of perforated plate conveyor belt with good heat dissipation function. Convex plate conveyor belt has protrusions on the surface that provides the product excellent non-slip to prevent product from falling.

1.Chain plate conveyor belt

•   Curved: flat/bevel edge.

• Plate thickness: 2.5–5 mm.

• Plate width (mm): 76.2, 82.6, 88.9, 101.6, 114.3, 127, 152.4 or 190. Customized width available.

• Pin/Rod diameter: 5–8 mm.

• Pin pitch (mm): 25.4, 31.75, 38.1 and 63.5.

2.Perforated plate conveyor belt

• Cross rod diameter: 5–20 mm.

• Plate thickness: 1–4 mm.

• Pitch: 25.4–125 mm.

• Hole shape: staggered/straight round, vertical/horizontal strip, slot, square.

3.Convex plate conveyor belt

• Transverse baffle.

• Side plate.
