Inconel Mesh is made from Inconel alloy for moderate to severe corrosive conditions at high temperatures. We manufacture the following grades of Inconel Mesh:


● Inconel 600

● Inconel 601

● Inconel 625

● Inconel 718

● Inconel X750


Inconel Mesh has excellent resistance to carburization, pitting and crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and oxidation. It is resistant to various corrosive media such as organic solvents, inorganic compounds, acids and alkalis. It has high temperature mechanical strength, creep resistance and use long life.


Inconel 600 Mesh (US# – N06600): Alloy 600 has excellent resistance to thermal, oxidizing and corrosive media and offers performance temperatures up to 2000oF. Resistant to SCC and reducing media with good performance from low to high temperatures mechanical properties.


Inconel 601 Mesh (US# – N06601): Inconel 601 has excellent oxidation resistance up to 1250oC or 2200oF. It is known as a high temperature resistant mesh material with good spalling resistance, creep strength and high temperature stability . Remains malleable even after prolonged use.


Inconel 625 Mesh (US # – N06625): It is a high strength engineering material with excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures up to 1093oC or 2000oF.


Inconel 718 Mesh (US # – N07718): Alloy 718 is a precipitation hardening material that provides excellent high temperature corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It has excellent creep resistance and an SCC up to 982oC.


Inconel X750 (US # – N07750): A nickel-chromium alloy with good corrosion and oxidation resistance and high tensile and creep-rupture characteristics up to 1300°F.

Inconel Wire Mesh is a strong insulating material with extensive corrosion resistance. This strong mesh retains its strength and physical properties even in extreme high temperature conditions. Its versatility makes it easy to adapt to different Regular curves and complex shapes while maintaining its strength against ingress of sharp materials. Inconel mesh is also resistant to vibration, for example it is used in several industrial applications, chemical filters, sieves, separators etc.


Inconel mesh is a fully annealed and ductile media capable of withstanding greater stress and physical wear than powdered metal and fiber elements.
